Use different email addresses in Candidate Outreach
All SeekOut accounts include the ability for to send automated, multi-step email campaigns.

All SeekOut accounts include the ability to send automated, multi-step email campaigns using the Candidate Outreach feature. These emails are sent and candidate replies are tracked via your own email address.
You can also link multiple email addresses in the event that you want to send campaigns on behalf of your hiring manager or another recruiter. When adding other emails the user will need to grant permission to have the outreach messages sent from their email. Any candidate replies will go to their inbox.
Note: Candidate Outreach does not support using alias emails to send messages. Make sure the email that you want to use is a real email address and not an alias.
Setting up a "Send on Behalf" email
This section is divided into two parts: what you should do as a recruiter with a SeekOut license, and what you should do as a Hiring Manager without a SeekOut license.
What to do as the Recruiter
Before getting started, you'll need to link your primary email account first.
After you've linked your primary email account, go to the Projects section of your dashboard and click on one of your projects. Navigate to the Outreach tab, then click the settings icon ⚙. Click Connect Account, select Request permission to connect someone else's account, and then click Connect email.
Click Copy Link and share the link with your hiring manager.
What to do as a Hiring Manager
As a hiring manager, click the link and enter your name, email address, and a new password to create a free SeekOut account. This account is required before you can authorize your email as 'Send on Behalf.'
After clicking Done, your free account is created and you will be logged into SeekOut. Next, click Connect Email Account, followed by Link Email Account. In the pop-up that appears, choose I want to connect an account I own, type your email address, then click Connect email.
This will take you to your email account log-in page. After logging in, your mail host may ask you to accept permissions. Make sure to accept all permissions asked by SeekOut, including the ability to view email message metadata labels and headers and the ability to send mail on your behalf.
Once this step is complete, the hiring manager is finished. Your recruiter will now be able to send emails to candidates found in SeekOut using your email address on your behalf.
How to use a Send on Behalf email in a campaign
Confirm that the email is linked to your account by going to a Project, clicking the Outreach tab, then clicking the settings icon ⚙. The hiring manager's email will be in the section 'Your connected email accounts.'
When creating a new campaign or editing a campaign before it starts, you can choose which email address you want your messages sent from using the From dropdown menu. This dropdown menu is only selectable before a campaign has started. Keep in mind that replies to your campaign will go to the inbox of the email listed in the From field.
