Keyword Highlighting in SeekOut
SeekOut highlights terms on candidate profiles that match or are close approximations to the keywords you use when searching.

SeekOut highlights relevant terms and keywords on candidate profiles that are related to your search. This makes it easier to see at-a-glance a candidate's relevance to your search criteria.
Highlighting with Keywords
When you're sourcing for talent, SeekOut will look at the filters, keywords, and Boolean expressions you use for your search and highlight these terms on candidate profiles within your search results.
Keyword highlighting also looks for variants of your search terms and highlights those as well. Notice in the example above that the word "productivity" is in the keywords box, and SeekOut has highlighted the similar terms "production" and "product" on the candidate's profile.
Highlighting with Filters
When you use filters to search for talent, SeekOut will show you relevant results and highlight terms on each candidate's profile that are related to the filters you use.
In the example above, you will only see candidates who have a STEM degree in your search results. In addition, SeekOut will highlight terms similar to the filters that you've enabled during your search. Notice how terms related to STEM fields are highlighted in the candidate's work experience.
