What are Usage Reports?
Usage Reports are a reporting feature that provide quantitative insights into how your recruiting team uses SeekOut as a whole and on an individual user level.
This feature replaces a previous version of Usage Reports. It’s now self-serve and provides broader insights into account usage with additional data points.
How Usage Reports benefit your recruiting efforts
Usage Reports equips you with:
Data-driven insights: Get a bird's-eye view of your team’s SeekOut usage to support your data-driven talent strategy.
Easier-to-digest format. Understand usage changes from the previous month with mouseover capabilities.
Enhanced agility to recruitment processes. Real-time data lets you proactively adjust recruitment processes to improve responsiveness to candidate needs.
Increased ROI to recruitment strategies. Gain visibility into your recruiting organization’s performance to strengthen decisions around strategy.
