Starting a conversational search
From the Start Search page, enter your query into the "Who are you looking for?" search box. Describe your ideal candidate, including details like their skills, education, location, job title, years of experience, and more. Press Enter or click the submit icon to the right to see your search results.
If you're already viewing the public profile talent pool, you can start a new conversational search at any time by entering a query into the SeekOut Assist box. Make sure the toggle above the Assist box is set to Smart Match.
After you submit your query, you're taken to the search results page. The candidates who match your query are presented on the right, and your search tools such as filters and SeekOut Assist box are on the left.
SeekOut Assist shows you how it breaks down your query into filters that it then applies to your search. You'll also see suggestions for how to expand your search based on the terms you've already entered.
