Career Compass - Learning

Career Compass integrates with your organization's learning systems and provides recommended learning content. This learning content is personalized for you based on your experience, skills, and career interests to help you work towards your goals and support your professional development.

You can also search and browse courses, learning paths, and other resources like assessments and eBooks. The exact type of learning content available may vary, depending on your company’s learning system. We do not replace your learning system, instead we make it easier for you to find the most relevant content for you within that system.

Click Learning at the top of the page to access your Learning modules.

Note: Each company has unique configurations. This article covers the capabilities within Career Compass regardless of whether your organization is using them or not.

Learning Recommendations

Within the Learning section, you will see recommendations based on your target skills, aspirational role, as well as the latest learning content. Your manager can also recommend learning content which will appear in this section as well.

You can save content from this page using the bookmark icon in the top right-hand corner of each piece of learning content.

See the article Career Compass - Profile for more on how to personalize your Career Compass experience. The more info you enter on your profile and share about your career interests and goals, the more personalized your learning recommendations will be.

View All Learning Content

Select View all learning content to find a catalog of learning content surfaced from your organization’s learning systems. You can use keyword search and filters to find the learning content most relevant to you. Examples of filters are category, duration, and content type, though the exact filters available to you will depend on the information Career Compass gets from your organization’s learning system.

When you select learning content, you will see detailed information to help you decide if that content is right for you. You can select View to go directly to the learning system to access the content. Alternatively, you can select the Save button to return to it later.

My Learning Progress

Select My learning progress to view your course activity. This page allows you to access previously completed learning content, as well as learning content that is in-progress so that you can easily pick up where you left off.

Saved Items

Anytime you view Learning content, click the Save button so you can easily come back to that item later. Select Saved items to find content that you have saved.
