Searching for a Job

Within the Jobs tab you will see all open reqs at your organization. You can search for a job using a keyword or job title, or leverage filters such as location, department, level, and more. Once you have used filers and a keyword or two to narrow your search you can select Save this search to easily get back to it later. Give the search a name, save it and you’ll see it under Saved Searches.

Use the Sort by dropdown at the top right of your jobs list to change the order of the jobs to surface based on relevance or newest. When Relevance is selected, notice that Career Compass provides job recommendations based on your career interests, current role, and skills. As you scroll down, you will see which jobs are a good or great match to the far right of the job card. You can hover over these indicators to see why a role is suggested to you.

Job Details

Select a job card to view more detailed information. You'll see information such as the job title, job location, date posted, department, job description, responsibilities and qualifications.

Note: The exact information you see on the job details page will depend on your organization.

In the upper right-hand corner are skills for this role. The skills you already have that relate to this role will be highlighted. The skills that you need to develop for the role will be in a contrasting color. Click on a skill to learn more about it and find development opportunities to help you learn or practice that skill.

Below skills, you will see an area for the team associated with this open role. These are colleagues you might work with and the manager of the role.
