🤝 SAP SuccessFactors | Export
Self service instructions are coming soon!
SeekOut integrates with your SAP SuccessFactors account, allowing you to export candidate information from SeekOut and turn it into SAP SuccessFactors candidate profiles complete with contact information and work/education history. Candidate data can be sent to SAP SuccessFactors as prospects or attached to an existing job.
This article covers how to set up your integration, as well as how to export candidate info from SeekOut to SAP SuccessFactors.
Before You Begin
You will need to create a new account in SuccessFactors with Candidate READ permissions.
You'll be entering the account username and password, as well as your service endpoint. SuccessFactors support can help you find your service endpoint.
Setting Up SAP SuccessFactors
Click your name at the bottom left of the SeekOut dashboard, then select Integrations.
Note Don't see the Integrations option in your menu? Contact your Customer Success Manager or firstname.lastname@example.org and ask to enable ATS integrations for your org.
Connecting to SAP SuccessFactors
On the Integrations page, click + Add a Connection. Locate SAP SuccessFactors from the list of integrations and click the Connect button.
Note: If you have set up an integration previously, click the + next to the list of integrations at the top of the page to open the Add a Connection pop-up.
On the Capabilities tab, check the box next to Export. Click Confirm Choices to continue to the next step.
On the Credentials tab, enter your Username, Password, and service endpoint from SAP SuccessFactors.
Click Submit to save your credentials. SeekOut will automatically attempt to verify your connection. When successful, SAP SuccessFactors will appear at the top of your Integrations page with a green check mark.
Removing the Integration
On the Integrations page, click the arrow next to a connected integration to Edit or Remove the integration from your SeekOut account.
Testing Your Integration
SeekOut automatically tests your integration after the first time you set it up. Select a job from the dropdown list and click Send Test Candidate to export a test candidate to your ATS.
When successful, SAP SuccessFactors will appear under the section My Organization's Integrations with the label "Connected." Test your integration again at any time by returning to the integrations page, clicking the three-dot menu next to the name, selecting Edit, and then click Test.
What do I do if my test was unsuccessful?
Confirm that your info is entered correctly in the integration pop-up. If you make any changes to your info, click Save first and then click Test to try again with your updated credentials.
If you've confirmed your connection info is correct and you're still unable to connect, reach out to your Customer Success Manager or email email@example.com for assistance.
Exporting to SAP SuccessFactors
