How can I change the email address I use to sign into SeekOut?

Learn how to change the email address you use to login to SeekOut.

This feature is available for users with Essential, Professional, or Enterprise licenses.

To change your login email address:

  1. Click your name at the bottom left of the SeekOut dashboard.

  2. Select Account from the option menu.

  3. Click the Edit button under Account Information.

To change your login email, click your name at the bottom right (1), select Account (2), and then click Edit (3).

Enter your new login email in the Email field, then click Update to finalize your changes.

Note Updating your login email doesn't change any of the email addresses you use in your Candidate Outreach campaigns.
