Login Help (I forgot my password)
You can reset your password by clicking Forgot your password? at the bottom of the Sign In page.

Type in your email and click Submit. You will receive a password reset prompt via email with the subject "Reset your SeekOut account password" within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.
Click the link to open a new page and enter your new password. Passwords must meet the following criteria:
Eight or more characters in length
Has one or more letters
Has one or more numbers
Has one or more special characters (Ex. & or !)
After entering your new password, click Submit. A success message will pop up. Click Log In to log back into your dashboard.
Note If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), the "Forgot your password?" link will not work. Please have your administrator reach out to support@seekout.com for assistance.
