How can I view exported data if I don't have Excel?

When you export data from SeekOut, we save it in Microsoft Excel format. Even if you don't have Excel on your computer, you can view the data in one of these ways.

When you export data from SeekOut, we save it in Microsoft Excel format. Even if you don't have Excel on your computer, you can view the data in one of these ways:

  1. When exporting candidates, choose View in Excel Online instead of downloading the file to your computer. Excel Online is free and allows you to save the file into different formats (e.g., CSV). 

  2. Download the file to your computer and then upload it to Google Drive (requires a free Google account)

  3. Download the file to your computer and then open in Numbers on the Mac. We've tested on Numbers version 4.3 and above.
